- In order to use and/or make purchases through the Software, we require users to provide approved, valid credit card information or other acceptable payment information (collectively known as “Billing Information”). Users hereby agree that all payments will be processed using our third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”), and that all such payments will be governed by the Payment Processor’s terms and conditions available at the Payment Processor’s website, or as otherwise published by the Payment Processor.
- Any Fees collected for Bookings and/or Services made through the Website are subject to federal, provincial/state, local, municipal and other applicable taxes (the “Taxes”) which will be determined by Company and added to the respective fees. We reserve the right to deduct Fees and any Taxes from payments made by users.
